PCS Consulting Services Ltd is an established consultancy specialising in providing electrical and mechanical services design, contract management and technical services for a wide range of clients.
Formed in 1995, the proprietor's past experience in contracting, local authority services and private consultancy practice, enables a well targeted range of services to be provided to a wide range of clients.
Various contract related services are available including full building services design with provision of any required drawings and specifications
PCS Consulting Services Ltd provides an efficient and quality service which requires state of the art Information Technology and software. We currently use a range of engineering software including AutoCAD®, Amtech, Hevacomp, Designbuilder, Sketchup and Dialux. This level of IT investment and training necessary is essential to maintain quality and consistence of service.
PCS Consulting Services Ltd is committed to providing cost effective energy efficient solutions to all types of buildings. All engineers are very familiar with current legislation for energy efficiency particularly tPart L of the Building Regulations. If a “green” solution is possible then its feasibility within the overall scheme is considered, costed and analysed in order for the Client to have sufficient information with which to make the appropriate strategic decisions.
The need to reduce global warming has resulted in the UK government recently issuing strict new regulations (Part L of the Building Regulations) setting strict standards on the energy performance of buildings and allowed carbon emissions.
PCS Consulting Services Ltd are working at the forefront of the industry to contribute
towards low carbon buildings using principles of good design together with integration
of Low and Zero Carbon (LZC) energy sources.
The are proud to participate in the Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers' (CIBSE) Low Carbon Consultants Scheme.
