PCS Consulting Services are accredited Energy Assessors (level 3 and 4) and we are pleased to be able to offer a full survey and energy analysis service.
Using approved software we are able to prepare, issue and formally lodge Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) on your behalf.
As from the 1st October 2008 all commercial buildings will require an EPC. If you require further help and assistance regarding EPCs, Part L of the building regulations or renewable technologies then please contact us.
We are able to offer dynamic thermal simulation and modelling, and advise on all aspects of low carbon and renewable technologies, as well as passive building design and sustainable servicing.
